Menlo-Atherton Varsity Basketball

Coaches Corner (with M-A's Head Varsity Basketball Coach Phil White)

Hey Bear Fans!

At M-A, Basketball never ends.

Coach White has announced the 2010-2011 Boys Basketball schedule highlighted by local clashes at Menlo and at Sacred Heart Prep.  The Bears will host Los Altos, San Lorenzo Valley, and Jefferson in their pre-league schedule.  The varsity squad will compete in the Los Gatos Tourney, for the third straight year, as well as the Tim Cole Memorial Tournament, at American High School, in Fremont.  The P.A.L. Bay Division has been reconfigured to include Aragon, South San Francisco, and M-A rival Woodside.  El Camino and Burlingame were the only teams to remain in the Bay Division, with M-A, following the Post-season Basketball Coaches Meetings.

The current Frosh-Soph schedule consists of dates at the Burlingame Tourney and games at Mills and versus James Logan of Union City.

The Freshmen are currently slated to play eleven games with more match-ups in the hopper, dates to be announced.

We have posted the 2010-2011 schedule and it's going to be an exciting new year that will not leave our Bears fans disappointed!
